It’s now been a full week since I’ve been on the Ultra Green Tea Lean diet, and I must admit….I’ve been darn impressed! I’ve lost about 10 pounds in just this past week and I feel great!
Here are some observations from my first week:
- It’s been really easy to add to my diet; I just mix in the tea with water in the morning instead of my having my usual cup of coffee.
- I get a great natural boost that lasts most of the day. And there’s no crash!
- My appetites seems to have gone down and I get no cravings like I used to.
- It tastes great! This was an added bonus. I had no idea that it came in different flavors like Blueberry and Strawberry! I thought they would all just taste like, well, green tea.
- Oh, And of course, I lost 10 Pounds!
I really hope this keeps up throughout my diet. So far it’s been one week since I’ve been on the green tea diet and it’s been great. I’ll keep you updated as I continue with this.
